About
What Tectovia is, plainly.
A real estate CRM for professionals who prospect, built around one five-step loop: target, resolve, reach, answer, close. One product, run from one dashboard.
The five steps
- Target. Lead Builder. Twenty-five named prospecting strategies, from expired listings to probate filings. Each lays down preset filters. Preview the count and shape before you spend.
- Resolve. Property Intelligence. Ask one question. One card returns the owner of record, phones with line type, emails, DNC status (federal, state, DMA, litigator), equity, last sale, and five propensity scores.
- Reach. Sequences. SMS and email drip behind a consent gate. Every send re-scrubs against DNC, not once at import.
- Answer. Sara. A voice agent that picks up inbound callbacks in under a second, in the language the caller speaks. It looks things up instead of guessing: searches listings, reads the calendar, books a showing, captures pre-qualification detail (advisory only), texts matched listings, and transfers to the agent with the transcript already filed.
- Close. CRM. The lead lands in the pipeline and moves to a transaction without being re-typed. Pipeline, contacts, messages, tasks, calendar, templates, transactions, milestones, compliance, and commissions in one place.
Who it is for
Real estate professionals who prospect. Four primary audiences share one workflow, differing only in which strategies they feed the loop: listing agents (expired and failed listings, long-term owners), investors and wholesalers (probate, pre-foreclosure, tired landlords, active flippers), loan officers (high-equity refinance, free-and-clear), and home-services contractors (roof, HVAC, solar).
It is explicitly not for consumers. The data services are bound by permissible-use rules, the DNC and consent machinery is meaningless to a one-time transactor, and the dashboard is tenant-scoped.
Why the scores are credible
Every propensity score (Sell, Refinance, Roof, HVAC, Solar, each zero to one hundred, tiered High 70 to 100, Medium 40 to 69, Low 0 to 39) ships its factor array: a base plus named, weighted reasons. You see why the score says what it says before you dial. The same factor array ships on every score, every record.
Pricing
Three tiers, per seat per month, each with a monthly credit allowance: Solo $49, Pro $99, Team $199. Above ten seats, talk to us. The model: the subscription buys the platform, credits buy the data. Credits are spent only on lookups (owner, phones, DNC, list build), never on access to your own CRM, pipeline, sequences, or calls.
How to get access
Request access at the contact page. Accounts are set up by hand. There is no self-serve signup and no per-action pricing on the site.
What it will not do
The voice agent never describes a neighborhood by who lives there and never rates an area as good or safe. Fair housing is enforced in the operating instructions, not left to judgment. On mention of fire, flood, eviction, or illness, the qualifying flow drops and the agent responds as a person first. It never invents a property detail (address, price, bedroom count, availability); if a tool does not return it, it does not say it.
