How it works, simply

The voice agent is a program that runs on a server, the same way any other business software does. It listens for incoming calls, speaks with your customers, and writes the results to your database. The server runs continuously and is managed by a standard process supervisor, so it starts automatically and restarts itself if anything goes wrong. Your data lives in a hosted database that you control. We monitor the system and send you reports. You never touch the server.
